1. Bookings and Confirmations

All transfer requests submitted through our platform or partner forms are subject to availability.
所有透過本平台或合作夥伴表單提交的接送請求均視供應情況而定。
A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a formal confirmation message from VeVaL Airport Transfers.
僅當您收到來自 VeVaL Airport Transfers 的正式確認訊息後，預訂才算確認。
All pricing is agreed upon prior to confirmation and applies only to the specified route and service details.
所有價格均在確認前達成協議，且僅適用於指定的路線及服務詳情。
2. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund or free cancellation.
在預定接送時間至少 24 小時前取消，符合全額退款或免費取消的條件。
Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a late cancellation fee up to the full fare amount.
在接送時間 24 小時內取消，可能需支付高達全額車費的延遲取消費用。
3. Passenger and Luggage Capacity

Vehicles must not exceed legal passenger limits or safe luggage capacity.
車輛不得超過合法的乘客人數限制或安全的行李容量。
VeVaL reserves the right to refuse service without refund if the number of passengers or amount of luggage exceeds vehicle capacity or violates safety regulations.
如果乘客人數或行李數量超過車輛容量或違反安全規定，VeVaL 保留拒絕服務且不予退款的權利。
4. Wait Times and Flight Delays

We monitor incoming flights when applicable.

Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes complimentary wait time after landing

Non-airport pickups include a 15-minute grace period

Additional wait time may result in extra charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeVaL Airport Transfers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to missed flights, delays, or financial losses arising from:
